I had a few questions about the phone and shipping time so I called Jason directly before ordering. When I called, he answered immediately and took the time to address my questions. I ordered the phone shortly after our conversation and received it 2 days later. It was as described - no scratches on the screen.The phone was a 4G replacement for my girlfriend's 3G phone. We had heard that Verizon was going to charge for data usage after June 28th when switching from a 3G phone to a 4G phone, so we wanted to keep our "unlimited" data plan intact and didn't want to pay Verizon full price for a 4G phone.We purchased a SIM card and then activated her phone. The next day my girlfriend noticed that calls were being dropped when she used the speaker phone. I called and emailed Jason regarding this. He immediately overnited a replacement phone and also a prepaid return envelope for the first phone. Great service.The replacement phone arrived the next day and works fine.I would do business with Jason again and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is definitely customer oriented, professional, accessible and stands by his product.
